Pork Leaf Fat
1 pack. 3 lb avg. Similar to saving bacon fat. Used to make lard.
Average weight about 3 lbs. Leaf fat is great for making lard. Not hard to do! Pretty much like saving your bacon fat, except it's all fat! Lots of easy directions online. And lard is great as a cooking fat!
