Create an account on our site if you don't already have one. Search 'Your Zip Code' in the Pickup Locations page, and set your location to the nearest Neighborhood Delivery site. Start an order by adding items to your cart.

Once you click "Confirm" you'll receive an email with the estimated total of your order. This is NOT a payment. Since some products are priced by weight, your card will NOT be charged for the exact total until Delivery Day.

No problem! You can log onto your account anytime up til the order deadline (2 days before Delivery Day) to make needed changes or additions to your order!

Orders are packed at the Farm on Delivery Day! We pack all your items in plastic bags that go into blue Whiffletree cooler bags tagged with your name. The blue bags go into our large coolers that you'll find at your Neighborhood Delivery Location. $7 flat rate for all orders under $125. Free delivery on orders $125 or over.

After your order is weighed, packed, and loaded on the Delivery van, your payment is processed (totals may vary slightly from estimated totals you received earlier). You'll receive a confirmation and receipt.

We deliver your order in large coolers to your neighborhood location.

Follow these guidelines to pick up:

1) FIND the large coolers in plain sight at your Neighborhood Delivery
2) LOOK inside for the bags tagged with your name (your order may be in multiple bags)
3) TAKE your plastic bags out of the blue cooler bags, leave cooler bags behind, and close the cooler lid firmly
4) CHECK how many eggs you ordered and grab them from the egg box (egg amounts will be on your emailed receipt, your blue cooler bag tag, and the egg sheet with the egg box.
