This lard is rendered from fat from our pasture-raised, non-GMO fed, no antibiotic, no chemical wormer, happy pigs! Lard is stable at high temperatures and is great for baking and frying and roasting. And full of good nutrients! And a lot less expensive than similar quality butter and olive oil!
