Chicken Wings

I feel the wings are under-appreciated. One of my favorite parts--they have the best skin-to-meat ratio! If you immediately think skin = fat = bad, please don't! The fat from well-raised animals stores some of their most important nutrients for your health! (And it tastes really great!)
