The lightest of all three of our Haitian Blue coffees, yet extraordinarily low in acid! Grown at a high altitude of Haiti’s tropical mountain region. This is the same varietal as Jamaican Blue Mountain, and Cafe Kreyol is utilizing it to create sustainable employment in Haiti. This roast imparts notes of almonds and butter and has a smooth low acid finish, typical of island profile coffees.
